Keith Ong

Keith Ong is a professional bass player, music producer and recording/mix engineer. He graduated Summa Cum Laude from Berklee College of Music majoring in Music Production and Engineering, receiving many awards along the way, including being the first batch of Wadham Production Scholars to be chosen to have the opportunity to work in Abbey Roads Studios and British Grove Studios in London, UK.

As a bass player, Keith is known for his signature rock-solid grooves and infectious energy. This has allowed him to build a career as a an in-demand, steady, dependable sideman. A veteran of Singapore’s music scene, Keith has experience in a variety of musical settings, ranging from small duo/trio groups to jazz big bands, and even having played for full orchestras. He is truly versatile and fluent in many musical styles, and is able to be as proficient playing the most esoteric odd meter jazz fusion as he is playing the latest pop ballads, always adding a deep, driving rhythm that keeps the crowd moving.

Keith can often be seen performing nightly at local bars/clubs performing venues as well as at corporate events and weddings. If you do catch him performing, watch out for his signature smile!
