With a gigging experience of 14 years, Alex has been an active performer for the past decade and more. Having self-taught the guitar at the age of 16 and the piano at 19, Alex quickly combined his interest in songwriting with his newfound music skills.

His performances have always been greeted with praise and compliments, with comments such as powerful and engaging. Even pushing him to appear on national television under the Top 40s category in the channel 5 singing competition The Final 1 in 2013 and semi-finalist category in The Voice of China in 2016.
 

The bilingual multi-instrumentalist/singer-composer has also performed in venues such as the Esplanade and even the Singapore National Indoor Stadium to a whopping crowd of 7000.

Alex also has a big involvement in the composing scene of Singapore having composed runway music, commercial jingles and theme songs for companies such as Li Ning, Microsoft, Kia, Fedex, TAFEP, and other indie companies in Singapore.,
